I am a recently diagnosed celiac who is still very angry about eating
out restrictions and hassles. Most of all, I am unhappy about the
limitations on eating in Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants.
Does anyone have any tips for eating in any or all of these kinds of
restaurants? What has been successful for you? I would truly appreciate
any help any of you can give me. I am in the Boston area, so if any of
you are from this area, I would appreciate restaurant recommendations.
Thanks.

Alice Bruce
