I tasted this product of Whole Foods GF Bakery
at the January 21st conference in Arlington, Virgina.
It was amazing!
The crust is chewy, like French bread, and the
body is soft.
The person in charge of the bakery has celiac sprue,
and he convinced them to produce bakery items.
Worth a try!
