What is guar gum?  It is used in alot of milk products.  It has gluten?
What about vinegar?  I know to stay away from distilled products but if
the lable lists just vinegar is it safe?

Are there pickles with safe vinegars?  Thanks in advance for the
information.

Had a meal out tonight.  The cook and waitress were very helpful.
