Found a new recipe source     WWW.AMERICASTESTKITCHEN.COM
It's actually recipes from COOK'S ILLUSTRATED, a great cooking magazine
with not only recipes, but why's and how's.

Check out their flourless chocolate cake.  a classic.  Be prepared to
spend time going thru all the three season's recipes.  Altho many
recipes are gf, most can be made gf.
