Anyone who says they actually "like" this diet has to be nuts!   I've followed
all the bread recipies, bought expensive machines, mixes and found they're all
bad and just go without.  I'd rather have regular pasta than rice pasta and an
occasional beer and pizza would be great.  We just live with it.  I can't see
giving a public whipping to someone that calls it awful, because it is.
