   Lately there seem to be many posts regarding different food intolerances. I
want to let folks know about a wonderful cookbook recently published called
SPECIAL DIET SOLUTIONS-Healthy cooking without wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs,
yeast, or refined sugar. All recipes include nutritional data including
diabetic food exchanges. Many explanations are given for individual
substitutions or replacements for different foods you cannot tolerate. It was
written by Carol Fenster, PhD, president of Savory Palate. The book can be
ordered through her at -    1- 800-741-5418 for $15.95 +$3 shipping, or can
be ordered through Barnes and Noble, (ISBN  1-889374-00-8). She will be at
the CSA conference in Seattle representing it !
   I have no financial interest in the book--just think it is a very worthwhile
