Sorry I am new to the group, don't know how to find
the original person who asked for a soy-free soy-type
of sauce.  This is either from gfcfkids or gfcfrecipes
at yahoogroups:

Alternative Soy Sauce

8 oz molasses
3 oz. balsamic vinegar
sugar to taste
