Dear Gluten-Free Bakers,

Hello! Next week begins my series of gluten-free baking classes in the Albany, NY area. This class series covers everything from basic gluten-free baking to gluten-free crackers. Visit www.glutenfreebaking.com or call 518-279-3884 for more information.

If you can't make it to Albany, perhaps Hockessin, DE works better for you! I'll be teaching two gluten-free classes at the Kitchen Sink on May 23 and 24. The first is a gluten-free breakfast class and the second is an advanced bread class. To enroll in the DE classes, please call (800) 731-7066.

I hope to meet you at a class!

Happy Gluten-Free Baking,
