that resturants and schools will have the same
labeling requirement...

For added information.  The Canadian Celiac
Association hand book states that anything quoted as
"modified starch" or modified food starch" 
should be CHECKED, unless the ingredient list
specifically indicates derived from corn, rice, potato
or tapioca starch. CHECK the ingredient list or
contact the manufacturer.
