I was the one who orginally posted this recipe upteen years ago... a few
notes about recipe
-it is one TEASPOON vanilla..not tablespoon
-I use crunchy peanut butter and make sure it is non-oily. put in frig
if nexessary for 20 min or so
-you can use other nut butters...almond, macademia, hazelnut for
delicious alternatives
-I use a small ice cream scoop and do not flatten them out.
-sprinkling with sugar is optional
-bake only on a dry day
-it is important, however to LEAVE COOKIES ON COOKIE SHEETS FOR 2 MIN
AFTER REMOVING FROM OVEN...this allows it to set up.
-btw, I use silpat sheets to bake on and really like them, esp for this
recipe.
-store in airtight in container with sheets of paper toweling between
layers
