1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup + 2 Tabelspoons milk (any kind)
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour, salt & pepper. Cook over low heat stirring until mixture is smooth & bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Steam broccoli 4 - 5 minutes. Arrange in medium casserole dish. Sprinkle chicken or turkey over broccoli. Stir mayonnaise & lemon juice into the sauce. Pour sauce over chicken & broccoli. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese or cracker crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
