With high recommendations from the list, I bought two frozen packs of food for life wraps....at whole foods. I defrosted one pack and attempted to use them....gently, as the package says.
I put a little smear of store-bought GF guacamole (holley-molley) or some such brand. I added slivers of cooked chicken, diced tomato and shredded lettuce. I carefully rolled them...barely closed, in Saran wrap, kept them cool, and took them to our picnic. Good so far?

Well, it is a good thing I brought forks. The darn wraps totally fell apart in pieces i couldn't use as a sandwich.

So...what did I do wrong?

I was hoping to use the other pack as hors d'oerves...with my salsa/cream cheese mix, and roll them up and serve slices. Now I am trying to figure out if I should waste any filling...or throw the package out.

Any suggestions? I am a passenger in car on the road right now, or I would contact the company. Will do that later...on terra firmament.

Thanks.
