HI everyone,

It seems that most people on this list who use this product tend to
take in between 500mg to up to 10 grams per day using pure L-glutamine
powders & in some cases capsules. Overall people reported very
positive results in using this product. Particularly those who took
2-3 small servings spread out through the day.

One poster did give me the url to this archived message which tends to
share some bad light on L-glutamine.

As for myself, I have increased my dosage of L-glutamine to 10 grams a
day. I'll give it a fortnight & hopefully I will be fortunate enough
to notice some improvements using it at this level.

Cheers.
