From Donna in Iowa: The Godfather's Pizza in Davenport, IA has been making
special order gf pizzas for people in our area for several years.  Another
Godfather's in the area is starting to offer it also.  They use a hash brown
potato crust and then put on the toppings of your choice which are gf.  It is
baked in a disposable aluminum pan.
