Hello fellow List-mates:
The Famous Dave's summary looks rather dim. Most responses indicated a need to know. Unfortunately, there are few items that we can eat other than plain chicken or a burger with salad. Any of the BBQ sauces contain wheat. One person stated that in Kansas City, his local famous Dave's has a gluten free menu and he safely eats the Texas Pit and Georgia Mustard ordering "naked" meat, which is smoked but not basted. Many people suggested eating at Smokey Bones but we don't have one in our area. Wish I could have had better news to share.
Have a great and safe Labor Day weekend.
  Andrea NY
