Thank you input about Penasacola gluten free shopping.
I received three responses. One of which recommended 
a restaurant. We did not eat out but the grocery recommendations
were very helpful. Publix had a good selection and Everman's
had a better gluten free, dairy free and health foods.
Also was Joe Patti's fresh seafood and grocery/deli. Yum!!
They even checked all ingredients in their salads so I could have them 
safely I am confident I could return.
I also did an internet search:GF Pensacola. FL
Many restaurants showed up but we ate in for our short visit.
