I have been essentially gluten free for almost 3 years.  Since diagnosis,
I have gained 30 pounds.  It is awful.  In October I finally stopped
gaining!!!  However, I have not started losing.... HELP!

Many people have asked that I include my age--I will be 30 years old in
May.  My husband and I also eat primarily vegetarian when we are at home.
