Ocean spray has a product called "Craisins"- sweetened dried
cranberries. Ocean spray verified they are GF (800-662-3263). I threw a
handful in a basic GF bread recipie, and they give a nice burst of
flavor. They would be good in muffins, pancakes....etc.
 You would most likely find them at regular grocery stores where they
keep the raisins & or baking goods.  Fran
