My mother has two requests.
 
1.  Bread recipes?  Please share your best & favourites.  My mother loves
her bread machine, but unfortunately I don't remember the brand or model.
 
2.  Juvela bread mix -- does anyone know where this can be purchased?  My
mother lives in southwestern Ontario, near Toronto.
