Dear Friends,

I just visited this site and found it quite informative.
www.food-allergy.org

THIS IS NOT A CELIAC SITE! However, the author seems to be savvy about
grains.

If you have multiple food allergies it could help you in meal planning for
nutritional requirements. It seems to offer many helpful suggestions for
those of us who are allergic to everything... as well as much information
for those who have Chrons. I believe several of us fit that description
here on the list.

The author of this site also has a book published on the topic (I have not
read it, and therefore I'm not making any recommendations), but there are
quite a few suggestions and offerings right on the site. Of particular
interest to me was the concept of "food combining."

Hope someone finds this helpful,

Lynda Swink
