As I stated in my original message, my confidence in quinoa springs not from
the endorsement of the Canadian Celiac Association, but from the company's
statement on the packet, bearing in mind that companies are becoming more and
more reluctant to make unequivocal statements, bearing in mind their fear of
litigation.
