My son was diagnosed 4 years ago when he was 3 years old.  He had two
biopsies because the 1st one was inconclusive.  He returned to the
Children's Hospital for another biopsy after being on the gf diet for 6
months but it was never done because he demonstrated an allergy to latex.
 He visits our family doctor, as does his only sibling, every 6 months to
have his weight and height charted.  Once a year he visits his paedatrician
to be checked over.  Blood tests are done each year routinely.

We live in New Brunswick, Canada where health care is publicly funded.
