Nature's Path Foods <in Delta, British Columbia> makes an excellent corn flake
cereal called "Honey'd Corn Flakes" which is available in Los Angeles at health
food stores, and may be available in your home town.

The package includes the strongest GF statement I have ever seen on a product:
"We guarantee there are no ingredients in this product containing wheat or
gluten"
I wish other food companies would put the time into the research necessary to
make such a strong statement!

Since the ingredients include Vitamin E (which sometimes comes from wheat germ
oil), I called the company at (604) 940-0505 and was assured that their source
is from soy and is GF.
