The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) Annual Education Conference, June 21-23,
in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is just around the corner! In order to
avoid late fees applied after the June 1, 2002, deadline, you may register by
calling, e-mailing, or faxing the GIG office.

The conference consists of a professional and patient program, a kids day
camp, and over 30 vendors!

The unique Friday afternoon programs offer a choice between Shopping Secrets
at Whole Foods Market, Cooking with Celebrities, Celiac Clinic, and Chefs
Cook at the Film House.

Saturday and Sunday programs both include a full panel of speakers, health
screening, and shopping at the Gluten-free Marketplace.

Kids will enjoy two days of Eating, Learning, and Fun at the GIG Kids Day
Camp. Kids will have the opportunity to create some of their own gluten free
foods, participate in a pool party, trick and treat the vendors, and enjoy a
pizza and movie night!

Do not miss the PENNIES FROM HEAVEN banquet Saturday night, which will
benefit the GIG Kids Summer Camp at Camp Sealth on Vashon Island, WA.
