Hey all.

Just picked up a nutrition bar from WHole Foods which is the Ella bar. It seems to be GF by ingredients (they seem to have purposely used rice syrup and rice flour) but haven't found a thing in the archives or on Clan-Thompson. Anyone know anything about these bars? I've been eating the Bumble Bars for an energy bar, but they seem to be really upsetting to my intestines. Looking for something a bit less "dense"? Thanks guys.

Joanna
