Dear List Mates,

After plowing through a box of Pamela's Biscotti in no time flat (and at
over $2.50 a box), I was wondering if any of you know of a recipe that
would produce a similar cookie?

Any recipes would be appreciated.  Also, does anyone know how to make a
GF oreo-style cookie?
