Bummer!
 
I was waiting to hear from White Wave Inc about the rice syrup used in
White Wave Dairyless Yogurt before I posted my cornbread recipe that uses
either <blenderized> tofu or White Wave in place of milk.
 
Well, bad news. Jeannie (303) 443-3470 at White Wave did her homework and
found that the rice syrup does use a barley enzyme. So celiacs be warned.
(Anybody know how to say that in Latin? <Caveat Celiac>?)
