Sorry - I actually got Handy crab cakes mixed up with Horizon's. I also 
thought the Horizon version were a bit mushy for my taste and needed to be 
fried for best results. Handy's gluten-free product is outstanding - the best 
I've had. Sorry for my confusion. I review so many things it's hard to keep 
them straight. I found Handy's gluten-free crab cakes at Whole Foods.
