A number of years ago a member in our San Diego Group was sent a can of
Biobin from her sister in Germany. It is labeled GF and she belives it is a
thickener or stabalizer of some sort. She believes it helps keep GF bread
from drying out and crumbling. She does not know of a source of Biobin for
San Diego or the US. She would like to purchase more in order to experiment
with it using a bread machine. The address from the 5-10 year old can reads:

Tartex GmbH 8 Munchen 80
Bundesrepublik, Deutschland

the exclusive marketing rights are given to
Dyna S.A. Fribourg/Schweiz

Any ideas??
