In a previous post I wrote that Applebees has cajun catfish that is GF.
Well it is cajun TROUT.  Applebees does not serve any catfish.  Their TROUT
is delivered to the restaurant unmarinaded so it is GF. The cajun spice is
GF as well as the lemon pepper.  (Keep in mind the source of this
information is a group of celiacs who discussed and read the ingredients
with the manager at an Applebees in San Diego.)  Sorry for the confusion.
