Hi Everyone,

I have some additional suggestions to share with you about donut mixes and
donut pans in case you would like to make your own jelly filled donuts.

#1 You can find a donut mix at the following website
https://www.glutenfreecookiejar.com/order_form.htm . It costs
        $4.50.

#2 Buy your favorite donut and inject the donut with your favorite
jelly...should be pretty simple. They sell the injectors for
marinading meats so instead of the marinade just use the jelly.. You may be
able to buy the injectors at your favorite Walmart store or a
kitchen store in a mall.

#3 Contact Kinnikinnick and/or Gluten Free Delights and ask if they would
consider making a gluten free jelly-filled donut.

#4 Do an internet search on donut pans and you will come up with several
sources of donut pans.

I did an internet search and only found regular donut pans (donuts with
holes). You spray them with PAM and then por batter into them and bake in
the oven.

The kind of jelly filled donut I think everyone is interested in is a raised
donut without a hole. You then inject jelly or pudding or cream into the
inside of the donut and frost the top. The gluten filled version of this
type of donut is made by rolling out the dough and then cutting out the
donut with a gadget like a biscuit cutter. You then place them on a cookie
sheet and let them raise a bit before frying.

Happy Baking!
