Lisa,

Very interesting to note how different peoples symptoms can be. There is
apparently no two cases the same, guess that why diagnones is often not
made by doctors. There is no typical case of celiac.
The longer I am on the diet the less severe the symptoms have become so
the harder it is to pinpoint the problem. I sometimes find it is not
gluten but something else. I wonder if other people have this
problem? The latest thing is powdered milk that bothered me and the funny
thing is sometimes it is ok. I only used it in my bread. Someone out
there asked for a substitute, well I just left it out and my son said " I
like the bread better this way" so hooray!
Its raining up here in Maine today. Good duck weather! Janet
