A word of caution.  On Don Wiss's recipe list for spoonbread, page 3,
canned cream-style corn is an ingredient.  Many cans of cream-style corn
contain flour.  Read your labels.

aside from that, Don, thanks so much for all the recipes.  As I  a cooking
for a multitude at present it is great to have some new ideas.
