Schaer: http://www.schaer.com.  This company makes quite a few gluten free
products (and nothing but gluten free!) and sells them around the continent
and UK.

Note - I think that their products are based on Codex Alimentarius
wheatstarch, which you may not want to use if you are following the US
guidelines rather than the less strict one followed in some European
countries like Britain and Ireland.
