I tried this site but couldn't get through.  Maybe they moved ( but no
message saying so) or maybe the Net was unhappy.

I used to live in Germany in a small village and lots of my supplies came
from "Hammermuehle". I suggest you go to the "Zoeliakie" server at the
University of Karlsruhe, they would have all the info your require about
mailorder products.

I usually order my bread and flour at the Hammermuhle Diat GmbH because
their GF foods taste very well. I don't know exactly whether the companies
deliver also GF food to Poland, but I think that should be no problem.
