Mayacamas Fine Foods in California makes a mushroom soup that is
declared to be gluten free, but one of the ingredients is
"hydrolyzed wheat". The packaging has a note that the product is Elisa
tested and that the gluten is removed.
            Can anyone give me information about removal of gluten from
wheat or wheat derivatives.
