All but one responses to my inquiry about Goya Rice Flour said they have
used it for years, and it is gluten-free or they haven't reacted.
Several said they've tried to get a response from the company, but were
unsuccessful. (No-one has called me back from the company yet, either.
I'm going to write to them.)

Some recommended getting rice flour at Asian markets. (My question: how would
you know it's gf?)

One person thought she recalled that Goya has cross-contamination.

Thanks for all of the responses. I'll let you know if GOYA finally responds.
Shame on me for putting up with grittiness for so many years....Although, I
do agree with the person who responded, that gritty is good when you're
using it as a breading, i.e. coating.

Linda
