I just spoke with Wellbuilt Customer Service. They now are offering what
they call "gluten free" bread machines. The models she listed are
4100T,4800,2100 and 3300. They are available through Caldor, Sears,
Walmart, Costco and others. She said they are taller, offer a traditional
loaf shape and can handle the "different" flours. The customer Service
number is 1(800) 872-1656.
