I received a number of responses to my question about whether Quaker's
bagged Cocoa Blasts cereal is GF, and people's experiences with them.
(Quaker had advised me that the cereal contained no wheat or barley, but
did contain oat gluten. I had found that oats are not listed as an
ingrediant on the product label, and was not fully comfortable with the
information I got.)

About half the respondents warned against using this and other Quaker
products due to cross-contamination issues. The others reported eating
Quaker Cocoa Blasts (often, for years) without any reaction.
