Wow, what a number of responses I received! And to think all this
time I have been struggling with baking my own stuff! Looks like I
can't fail with just about anything that I can order. Thanks for
everyone's input and here are the results:

It appears that the top two favorites by far are:
  Pamela's Ultra Chocolate Brownie Mix
  Gluten Free Pantry's Truffle Brownie

Several other favorites/suggestions (in no particular order) are:
 - when baking from scratch, make up an extra batch of the dry
ingredients and store in the freezer, refrigerator or cupboard
   (depending on ingredients)
 - Brownie Pie recipe from Betty Hagman's newest cookbook
 - Really Great Food Company (1-800-593-5377)
 - Dietary Specialites cake mixes (particularly the chocolate)
 - All of Gluten Free Pantry's cookie & cake mixes
 - Pamela's Pancake & baking Mix - used for cakes, cookies and brownies
 - Gluten Free Cookie Jar (1-215-355-9403)
 - Miss Roben's
 - Carolina Country Kitchen
