I neglected to mention that those "Terra Chips" are availble at Fresh
Fields, another gourmet "whole food" chain with locations at least on the
East Coast. They do have lots of celiac commercial products --easier than
going to 3 or 4 small health food stores.
 
So is taro all right for celiacs?
