        Can anyone out there give me a GOOD recipe for Gluten Free Bread?  I
suppose it's worth mentioning that I'm in Australia (Darwin, where it's
about 90 degrees Fahrenheit at this time of the year!) and therefore it
isn't not much use sending me recipes with Proprietary bread-mixes, etc.
I'm just hoping that one of those-long term sufferers out there has finally
come up with a nice, EDIBLE recipe.  I'm also interested in any recipes
people may have for pizza-base as I'm going through real bad withdrawal
symptoms!
