From my post asking for recipes to imitate g.s. cookies, I would assume that
there are a lot of girl scouts out there who are selling cookies, but can not
eat them!

I have written to the company that is making the girl scout cookies this
year,  and requested that they look into creating a gf cookie - they
came out with a diabetic cookie last year.  I don't imagine they will
respond to the request, but at least writing to them will make them
aware of CD.   I will post the address here if anyone else is interested
in writing to them.  The address is
