Hi all, I am new to this list - my daughter was diagnosed in August.  We are
hoping to have ham for christmas dinner (yes, I always do everything last
minute!) and I just called the local meat company that sells spiral hams.
The woman did not know what I was talking about when I asked if the glaze had
gluten in it.  I asked her to read me the ingredient list & it looks ok to
me, but I want to be sure.  The only things I question are Sodium Phosphate,
Sodium Erythorbate (sp?), spice, and spice extractives.  Also, what would be
in a honey glaze that was not gf?  If anyone could offer a little guidance
here, it would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks so much.  Barbie
