The Gluten Intolerance Group's annual event takes place just weeks before
Thanksgiving - perfect timing to learn from food demonstrations of sweet
potato pie; sandwich bread for stuffing; and pumpkin cranberry bars.

And to stay informed on how to keep your gluten-free diet healthy and
balanced, even during this busy food-oriented time of year, hear
presentations by health experts including GIG Executive Director and
registered dietitian Cynthia Kupper.

Additional topics for the day include How to Promote Gut Health and Minimize
Inflammation; Gluten-Free Kids & Teens: Special Issues; and finally Diverse
Diagnostics, Classic Solution, which will explain the current status of the
science on diagnosing gluten-related disorders.

Exhibitors will be there as well, providing opportunity to taste and learn
about a broad range of gluten-free products.

Admission to this full-day event is just $14.
