I agree with Gayle. After reading Udo Erasmus' book =Fats That Kill,
Fats That Heal= I now much prefer butter to any hydrogenated or
partially hydrogenated oil-based margarine that's on the market. The
things these chemically modified foods do to one's system are Not Nice.
(And yes, I do use less butter than I used in my margarine days; and am
using healthier fats in cooking all around.)
