Hello List Mates,
Late last night I heard that the NFCA has suspended their: "Amber Designation" This decision is no doubt influenced by the firestorm surrounding the designation given to Domino-no's new "mildly gluten-free" pizza. Now I hope this is a dead issue so we can get back to raising awareness about Celiac Disease. We have 13 days of awareness month left. Let's put our energy where it will do our cause some good.
