I am recently diagnosed and am struggling with eating out (which I used to
do so spontaneously). I have a restaurant card and feel like I am pretty
informed (getting there anyways) but would love suggestions from others in
my area of specific restaurants they have had good luck with.

I would love any Italian (risotto or polenta), Thai, Chinese, vegetarian or
gourmet restaurant ideas. I'm not into plain food too much. Has anyone had
success bringing in their own soy sauce for the restaurant to use? I should
also add that I don't eat any meat.

Thanks in advance,

Nancy
