Many years ago my grandmother used to make an Italian cheese and sausage
pie, using the following recipe for the dough for two pies:

4 eggs
6 cups wheat flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. shortening

Can anyone help me convert the recipe to one that is GF, but the dough will
still roll out for pies? I haven't been able to eat the pie for 18 years.
