Hi Listmates:
In response to my inquiry re sources of arrowroot in bulk:
Scandanavian Spice 6 lbs. for $33 and change - easily found on the web.

Suttons Bay Trading Co. 7.98 @ 20 oz. 1-888-747-7423

Bob's Red Mill no price quoted on website. 1-800-349-2173

www.bulkfoods.com 5 lb for $8.96 look under Baking Ingredients: Powders) (as I understand it that includes shipping within the continental US) Note: I questioned the person recommending this source, as it was the cheapest source, as to whether it was guaranteed to be gf. The reply was that it was used both before and after diagnosis and posed "no problems."

Miss Roben's 1-800-891-0083. 1 ob @ 2.79

Authentic foods 3 lbs. @ 8.95 According to this respondent: "higher quality and fresher" than Bob's Red Mill. find it at http://www.glutenfree-supermarket.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=22

Someone suggested Pendrys.com but I was unable to locate this source on the internet.
